Spontaneous femoral pseudoaneurysm in a young patient. Ann Vasc Surg 2013 Oct;27(7):972.e7-9AbstractSpontaneous femoral artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare disease and reported cases are very few. Most of them are related to underlying pathology either atherosclerotic disease or connective tissue disease. We present a 29-year-old healthy man with two months history of a painful pulsating mass at the level of the lower right thigh without any previous history of trauma, surgery or puncture of the femoral artery. An angiogram revealed a right superficial femoral artery pseudo-aneurysm. It was treated surgically by resection of the aneurysm, reconstruction with inter-positional saphenous vein graft. We reported this case because of its rare incidence in the young patient with no underlying pathology.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3649654 You Might Also Like Preliminary Dual-Center Experience with the Bolton Treovance Endograft 13 June، 2022 Ultra-distal bypasses- when and how to perform a pedal bypass. 13 June، 2022 Can a Fast Track Referral System Improve the Effectiveness of a Graft Surveillance Programme? 13 June، 2022
